Quota setting up for mail boxes

Need an e-mail server for massive mail sending.
The configuration of the server must be very well set up so that we dont have our e-mail sent to the spam boxes.
we need to control invalid servers, invalid mail addresses/mailboxes, an access configuration of the delivery list.
It should be event driven so that extensions can be developed.

Server 2: Install postfix, dovecot, spamassassin and Squirrelmail. This server will be just for one domain (or maybe little more) with multiple email acconts.
