Hot Or Not Script/plugin For Socialengine

We would like to have a RateMe (Hot or Not) service for mobile (xhtml), preferably written in PHP, with use of WALL. We need the back-end made, front-end/layout we will make ourselves.
- browsing
- rating
- uploading of user-images
- approving of images before live in service

I'm going to give you a hot or not script for MAMBO. I want you to make a blog. I would like to place my own field, such as Age, Location, etc.. User have the ability to place their own CSS or one already made for them. Also the ability to add friends.

asic hot or not photo website just for videos.

In order for someone to submit a video, they must complete a simple form with their contact details and embed the youtube video. The admin section must approve the video prior to the video being in the competition. I need the users contact details to be stored in a SQL database along with their score.

No design is needed because I will handle the design. I just need the functionality on a blank white background.

- At the bottom of the registration form, there will be a section for them to put in their facebook, myspace, twitter, bebo logins, etc... By doing this, it will save them steps later on as they submit new photos and videos. They wont have to keep re-entering in this information.

Would like a feature that can be turned on or off where all pictures or videos submitted must be approved by admin before public can view and vote for person picture or video.

This website is basically another hot or not site appealing to a more specific audience. There will need to be log-in verification email, registration page, a profile editing page and profile page (with pictures) for each member, and an appealing but simplistic design. We have already reserved the domain name, so further details will be disclosed to the winning bidder.
