I posted images of the web sites I was refering to. Like I said, I'd rather pay per hour (a good rate) to have real quality, a slick design. What I would like is first a few sketch then we decide which one we prefer and you complete the work. If you can do web design we might have another project for you right after...if the job is well done, obviously!

This is a real estate web site. The architecture is attached and is pretty self-explanatory. Right now the only toss up is Windows or UNIX system. We're leaning more towards Windows right now, but it could easily go towards UNIX too.

We want a VERY, good, USEFUL, FRIENDLY Real Estate web site with a nice and friendly user-administrator interface. We want it in 4 languages: french, english, spanish and german.
