Need Flash Image Scroller For Multi Images

Hello folks,
Can anyone help with a flash slide show that will display in horizontal form, multi amount of images that fade in/out.
Specs:
Code must read from XML a list of X amount of images that are in a directory on a web server. X can be specified in XML file.
rotator is in horizontal row of Y images, Y also specified in XML.
all images are same size like 100 x 100 or 300 x 300. Assume images are already scaled to this size, no resizing needed. Scale of X , Y also specified in xml.
Photos must fade in and out.
Delay (S) amount will be same for all, S - specified in xml.
Image place holders will fire at random times with max repeat for any one place holder of 2 displayes.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Flash Logo Image Scroller
2nd line of logos.
This scroller would act like the ones you see at basketball games.
The data url, scroller width, height and speed, should be controlled through parameters to the flash program.
If would be nice, if the initial logos appeared in some dramatic fashion.
You can see where the flash would go in the uploaded example It would be in the Member Companies Box.
Also, we need this as fast as possible.

Basically the thumbnails will have to be scrolled horizontally and pause for a second while the center image zoom in slightly.
Some information like item name/description/price will be displayed below centered image.
All content is to be dynamic using XML feed. I need the flash file as well as source so I can modify it as needed in the future.

Flash Xml Image Scroller
(x equaling the total number of images being scrolled between!). When the user clicks on one of the buttons, he will be taken straight to that image (i.e. it will be presented within the flash window).

Dynamic image scroller, with popups

We dont care if the solution is AJAX or Flash, so long as it works, works well, and works all the time.
This is the third time we've posted, the first provider got close, the second wasted our time for days, so we need someone who can really do it, money is being wasted on a ridiculous rate and our client is becoming more and more fracious.

The Galery has to fit all eBay-Requirements (e.g. no JavaScript)!!!
This Gallery can also be done in Flash. But I would need a Gallery, wich I can use with different Images. So, I would like to be able to change the Images, wich should be included to the Gallery.

Flash Image Needed.

As you see on the link, when you roll over every floor, the floor highlights and there is some writing next to the floor.
I do not need the flash header or the birds flying, just the apartment image with the roll over and text next to the building.
Its a very simple job and should not take an experienced flash designer very long to make it.

Flash will then pull the images in and create a scroll of the images. Images will scroll from right to left, or left to right and the speed should be adjustable from the XML file.

This is one of my client's website. We have installed an image stroller but not at the right location. We need the image scroller to be right below (0 px) the navbar and not at the page location.
We also want the image to move from left to right automatically. Current image moves only when you hover. Take a look at the website prior to bidding. Scrolling image to start from 0 px (left) to 960 px (right).
