I am looking for someone with experience with PHP and WordPress programming to work on a real estate site. I currently have Thesis theme installed on my site and I started doing some basic customization on custom.CSS and PHP files but I need someone with experience in WordPress, Thesis, and Graphic design to help me with the following:
•I want to launch a real estate site that has Property search tools. I will contract one of several vendors that will provide me with the IDX (MLS property information) integration
•I will need help with customizing my Thesis theme or perhaps making a theme to integrate what I need.
I will provide you with a detail description and samples of similar sites for you to get a clearer idea of the project.

when a surfer clicks on a property thumbnail the property page will show the detail listing with photos etc
there will also be a google or mapquest map so they can get directions to the property

I am soliciting bids for the design of a real estate site to be used for the sale of up market properties, it needs to portray taste and flair. There has to be the ability to post pictures and details to the site through a cms and there is a requirement for a linked crm system.

Wordpress Real Estate Website
is not a need, just a wish. I would like to be able to have google ads for real estate in each city, or county. I would also like to be able to sell each city or county page to a real estate agent, so I would need to be able to have a generic city or county page, then a design for an agent active page featuring an agents information.
I think information for the cities could be scraped from some other real estate site. Then I would need to hire someone to reword it for me.

Modify Search Function On Wordpress Real Estate Theme

2) The user should also be able to 'search by address' meaning if they were to only know the street name, all of the results that had the street name would appear on the results page.
