Finish Out An iPhone App ASAP (80% done)

I need an app coded with Xcode for the iPhone that will be a Quiz type of app.
This app should have a main tab view screen left blank, I will edit this myself later.
2nd tab is where most all the work will be done and where the quiz will be located.
3rd tab same as 1st.
Starting a Quiz, should be an option to choose Boy/Girl and then Age group of 5-11 or 12-17. Should also be given the option to play preloaded soundtracks (we will provide) or play music from the iphones ipod, or no sound.
Rules:
Each correct answer = 100 points
Each wrong answer no points and return to last checkpoint (every 7th question).
Choose answer "D" and it is always the "SAFE" answer, this will move the player to the next question with no points, no soundtrack, and no dance (explained more later).
App should have a text file that holds all the questions. I want the text file to be updatable by me without having to go thru Apple for updates. So each time the app launches and there is an internet connect then it needs to check for a new text file if it has been updated or no; if no internet connection, it uses the last file or the default file original included with the app. Also if new questions, then it has to download corresponding audio as well.
Push notification with urban airship should be implemented as well.
Game Sequence...
Questions will show text and should have a button that will allow for audio to be read aloud.
Player has 15 seconds to answer the question...should be an hourglass timer showing time left, changes color, closer gets to 0 seconds.
If correct answer is given, soundtrack will play with funny animated character dancing on the screen (we will provide this character). If incorrect answer, a different animated character will show and the user will return to the last checkpoint (every 7th question). If no question is given, then return to last checkpoint without any character or music playing. Answer D forwards to next question and character on the screen but no points.
Player should have the option to skip a soundtrack/song

2. The map program auto zooms in to the users location and to show all previously approved pin drops. Sometimes this causes an issue it seems. After it does this, then I try to zoom in or out and/or move the map and it wants to try to auto zoom me back to the current location. I want this feature but after it does this it should cut off and not keep bringing me back to the same place.

Port An Iphone App To Droid

We want to release the app on Droid phones as well. The iPhone app should be a guide as to how everything should look and work. The API is complete, all designing is complete, pages, functionality, etc. Everything is done and there is no thinking necessary.

Basic Iphone App
he are 0-5. Bums are yellow. Gangs are red. 0 = no color. 5 = darkest. It will create a 50 yard circle around that area with the rating they chose. Ratings expire after 30 days. The map icon leads to a map that just shows all ratings in that area, with the color coated circles. The rate icon shows no color and just allows them to rate the area they are in. I want everything to look very smooth and professional. It sounds like a joke of an app but I actually mean it to be very serious.
