Wordpress Plugin With Facebook Open Graph Api

This is a very easy job for anybody who knows How to use Facebook's API, and familiar with creating Wordpress Plugins.
I am looking for someone who is familiar with Developing Wordpress plugins, The Facebook API (Authentication + Open Graph API), PHP, MySQL, and Javascript.
I need a Wordpress plugin that does the following:
It interacts with the Facebook Connect functionality and the Facebook Open Graph API and calls /retrieves facebook permission data. It then passes this data to the fields associated with an email autoresponder (ex. Name, email, etc...there will be several different fields - more information on this will be given when you place your bid).
Before you bid on this project, I must stress that all work including coding and images must be 100% unique and not taken from any other plugin on or off the market.
By placing a bid, you are agreeing to this and take full responsibility for it.
Here are some basic guidelines of what I am looking for:
* Must be a brand new plugin and not built solely on an existing one
* Must be compatible with previous versions and the latest version of WordPress
* I will have full ownership of the code and plugin when this project is complete
Here is how I want it to work:
When the plugin is installed, the end user will
1. have the option of selecting which facebook permission data fields they want to retrieve and pass to the autoresponder
2. will enter in their email autoresponder code and any configurations required by the autoresponder company in order to pass the data properly

Overall, the plugin needs to look professional and be easy to use by the end user.
Once I am able to select you for a final interview I will discuss more specifics regarding the Facebook API call needs and the final configurations of the plugin.

I'm looking to have a custom PHP script I have turned into a wordpress plugin. It is a graphics script and I would like it to be developed into a wordpress plugin with some options.
Option 1 would be to have the script be accessible to the front user by inserting a short code into a post/page in wordpress.
