Eariler I posted a project. I did not pick anyone because either the bids were way too high or no experience at all to reference with or sent me several links to same oage on a site with no biz ratings. I have a small budget, therefore, I am placing new project, chopping the project down into less work per phase that fits my budget better.
Phase 1, This project:
craigslist - backpage type posting site with basic membership area for advertisers to start or those who wish to use the posting featres. later will add to the membershp My Account area.
This project consister of, but not limited to whatever is needed to geet the job done which is not limited to the below to give you idea of site needs.
no high company bidders will get this project. I a seeking someone who will build basic site needs, and then work regularlly over the next year or two, adding to site in pieces as budget permits.

1) create clean templates from my drafts allowing for furture growth
2) Create classifieds unlimited levels, allowing level one to show & post if no sub-categories. main categoy on first page, sub-categories on their pages.
3) Allow show in country, state, city
4) allow posting non-members like craigslist OR through a membership sign in where members can use other features or edit post or ads.
5) allow admin to control many feature choices of site.
6) behavior levels of security
7) create automatic ad program for site which is detailed:
#1) create posting ad features, (form show/hide) icon displays, auto features, loc/category choices per draft sample pages i have
#2 create a Display ads, (form show/hide)text ads per category & locations with member/advertiser info
#3 Allow images or videos, later per membership level

8) Secure posting against software posting and hacking.

If possible, want data to help seo in categories and locations vs numbers
11) please, neat admin with easy to understand flow, left amin menu.
12) script manual markings for later company needs and for your & my referrences later.
Site should be finished, postable with timeframe against errors.
I own site program copyrights and can not be duplicated.

Build site to translate industry specs to drawings PHASE 1

Project payment for completion will not depend on a totally final version as tweaking will need be done as well as proprietary logos and such.A robust,editable version is what is desired.Position might lead to ongoing webmaster work.
