We supply psd file with layers, you turn it into a joomla site.
We prefer that you customize a Rockettheme template as we are Rocket members and have access to all their latest templates. We could instal a recent Rockettheme template of your choice for you as a starting point. You can see all the templates at http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates
However, if you can work more efficiently by creating a new template, we are open to that as well.
Attached is a screen shot of the site which will have about 25 to 30 pages of content to format. Most pages will be short with only 1 photo per page. We will email you the text for each page and the photo(s).
The top of the home page needs an html5 photo rotator (no flash for entire site). We may need a separate photo rotator for each other page or we may have only one header for the entire site. We supply photos. Logo is already created so no design is required.
The site is a real estate site that will use the local idx in a frameset, so you do NOT need to do any custom coding for that. We will do that part. Technically, the site should be quite simple.
We manage hundreds of sites, mostly joomla, and are looking for someone to do this task on an ongoing basis.

Need Layout CSS'ed From PSD Photoshop File

This is a very simple project as all you would need to do is simply slice up the layout in photoshop and then put it together in CSS.
Overall this is a very simple, quick and easy project for someone who is experienced with CSS.
