Script Modification: Need To Upload Files Using Ftp

Hello all,
I need help to modify this script.
I use it to record mp3 streaming feeds, and it works fine, but I need to make some alterations to it.
First: The script flushes the mp3 to a local folder called mp3/ in the same server. I need to change that, so the script uploads the mp3 file to an FTP instead of writing the file locally.
Second: Since this script needs to be running all the time, I want to make sure that if the streaming feed goes down, the script doesn't stop too, so the script needs to be running all the time, even if the streaming feed(s) goes down.
Third: I need to query the HOST IP:PORT from a mysql table, what's happening now with the script is that it only works the first feed available in the mysql table, I need it to stay and work for all the feeds at the same time.

Basic Script To Upload Files
will be able to do the project. Also, I will create a video showing specifically what actions need to be done.
I majored in Computer Science so I know that for an experienced scriptor this shouldn't take much time. I'm just too lazy to program it myself right now.

need to upload batches of photos at one time
e but i take 75-100 pictures on my camera that i need to upload to my site every weekend into a neat folder on the site for others to view.
i have an admin panel and i think its in flash? or at least the page it shows on the website may be in flash.
you can either create your own script to upload multiple photos at once or modify whats already in the admin panel, i don't care which.

I need to change some coding on my site. The goal is to allow users to upload files on the website to be download by other members. At the moment this can only be done by inserting a URL link to the file for download. I need this changed so that files can be uploaded to my MySQL database ready for downloading by other members.

I will show you what settings are required by the site to prevent runpage from being used and therefore forcing the site to use the delivered image rather than the executed one.
