Wordpress P2 Theme Extensive Modification

I need a php developer to modify the theme extensively. I need the theme modified so it works somewhat similar to http://fiverr.com but NOT exactly the same.
I estimate the work will take about 2 weeks (about 10 working days). Everyday, via msn messanger, I will provide you with details of the customizations you need to carry out.
To apply for this project, you need extensive Wordpress plugin and theme development (I want to see proof of this). You need to be a skilled PHP and SQL developer. You also need a lot of positive feedback from previous clients on Scriptlance.
If the work is completed on time and to a very high standard, I will pay a significant bonus.
I only deal directly with developers and NOT project managers. Only skilled WP developers should apply.

e to retain the functionality of the postform, but I need to be able to have a loop for each category and a separate postform on each category page. So to break it down:
Home - postform + normal loop showing all posts from all categories
Cat1 - postform that posts just to cat1 + loop showing just cat1 posts
Cat2 - postform that posts just to cat2 + loop showing just cat2 posts

Modify Wordpress Arcade Theme
plug-in to retrieve games from mochi.com. It automatically publishes all games it retrieves. It would be nice if they could automatically be set to pending for me to approve instead, but I'm not sure if that's possible or not.
