I need a creative business website design template for wordpress. Must show personal designs - not templates.

The creation of a new company Logo and website design template. A business startup - selling server, desktop and laptop memory, B2B. I am looking for a visually attractive logo with a website design template - I will be incorporating this into an ecommerce package.
I require minimum 3 examples prior to selection - feel free to watermark examples if necessary.

Overall look & feel:

We already have a template from an active website that we need to copy, change about 10 to 15 image names, and find/replace about 10 pages of text. This is basically just taking one website template and changing a few photos and pages of text.

The template will need to make provision for enhancements to the site... We will probably also need to have an ongoing relationship to get new images and modules as we develop the site in the future.

t could use a free template from http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/ to do a simple 5 page website design. I have alredy did the layout. I just want a progammer that could use the free template and edit it just like the way i have setup the layout in a few hours.
