Just need to fix contact form. Not sure why it's not working. Pretty simple and quick.

The contact form is no longer working.

I have a web site, http://www.manchestercreative.co.uk.

There is also a div on the home page that needs to do a ''real text slide show ie: displaying different selections of text in a loop using a fade in and out jQuery script.

I also need a contact form to be enabled.

so that it runs properly on Windows hosting. (It is currently set up in using formamail.php to run in Linux hosting). Ideally it will go to a missinginformation page (missinginformation.html) if they don't complete the required fields, and a thank you page (thanks.html) if they submit it successfully. Please advise if it will work differently.

Time: This needs to be done today or no later than tomorrow morning.

Please advise time and cost.

The contact form on my Joomla site is not sending messages to admin. There is also no message saying anything after the form page refreshes.

I have tried installing a contact component but that does not send mail either.

I have read through the Joomla forums but cannot find any solution.

It is on 1.5.22

I like the rounded corners and the captcha verification.

The plugin will need a simple admin settings page.

All code must be written by you, do not plagiarize or copy code from anywhere.

Also, I might need you for future updates, but we can work out a deal on that later.

need a contact form to send admin html mail exactly like attached image, but with extra field "contact number".

So 4 fields: name, email, contact number, message.

Also, send a "thank you" message to sender.

milar to existing plugins. Once contact form is saved a table will be created just for that form with fields that are the same as contact form fields.

Once the form is submitted the admin can view forms in admin sidebar with little numbers for new submissions. Once admin clicks on form the admin can then view/sort/delete/export form submissions on a per form basis.

I have a joomla site. The contact form(6 fields only) currently sends the information to vTiger. This works perfectly.

I'm moving this site to word press. I tried copying the code from joomla but couldn't get the form to send the data from wordpress to vTiger.

I need someone to fix this urgently.
