Clone A Wordpress Theme

A friend had a design made to be a wordpress theme. The design was done in Adobe Illustrator. It involves an accordion function for some of the pages be present. The wordpress backend must be developed allowing for plugins as well as widgets. The time frame for this project is between 2-3 weeks.

I have 3 pages of a website (home page, interior page and post layout) that are designed in Photoshop that need to be coded into a Wordpress theme that will be compatible with the Genesis framework.

The Wordpress theme needs to be accurate to the Photoshop design and be standards compliant and code must be commented.

Please post your bid and I will send a .jpg sample of the design for review to select bidders.

5. On the lower right hand side where it says "Under 13 years old?" that whole image needs to be clickable.

This job needs to be done fast so if you can turn it around in 72 hours or less that is best (faster is better).

add//edit/delete pages in the main navbar (Home, Learning Center), but I need to be able to put posts in the page that is called 'Learning Center'.

You can use the exact same images from this site as well for now, it will all be customized to look different later anyway.

I need this job done as I had this site made from a provider on Elance but they never gave me the theme installation files.

I really need this done asap : )

I would like the pink color replaced with a lighter blue and other colors changed to go with the new lighter blue.

I only need the theme created and CSS styles changed to the new color scheme mentioned above, I can install it and add all content.

3. Make the header white (instead of the brown it is now) and make it taller.

4. Make the white menu options prettier and move them to the right side so I can put my logo where they are now.

5. Make a few small changes to the CSS to change the colors of the text for the headers and main body text.

r tweaks to the tempalte - instead of having the store categories on the left side, they will be replaced with the categories of whatever is contained in wordpress. Very simply we will need to just make sure it looks like a blog.

I have the PSD file of our site that you can use if it will be easier for you. I am willing to pay 50% of the negotiated fee upfront, and 50% once the theme files have been sent to me and I confirm it works according to the above requirements.
