Wordpress Plugin Development

We are looking to have a Wordpress plugin created that can apply a style to a page or post and display data that is entered for that page.
The page/post format would have a header image (or text) on top, an area for text, then a table of data, then a text area, then links and footer area.
The table data would be entered in the plugin setup/admin area and would consist of either text or html you could enter manually, or upload a CSV file to populate the table.
The data would be similar to a 'comparison' table, that shows multiple items and you can compare features, specifications, etc with options to set headers on the top with labels and the first left column in each row as a label as well.
This table data area would allow selection of the 'row type', for example if it is text, check marks or rating stars. If check marks or stars are selected then an option would display for each entry in that row for how many stars or if it is a checkmark (for 'YES') or 'X' (for 'NO') for each column entry. There would also be a selection setting for each 'table' of what style checkmarks, x's and stars to use with a few selections available to choose from.
The header selection could be an image or text, the top text and bottom text areas can be edited on the page/post directly for maximum flexibility and the links/footer area can also be edited for each post/page.
There would also be a few css styles to choose from with a few different background images and color schemes that can be applied to each post/page using this plugin.
We have the base CSS layout theme already designed in HTML format and can be used to make 2-3 layout options to select. Here is a sample of the style/look: http://goo.gl/tWiJc
This plugin would allow for an unlimited number of pages/posts and all settings/data would be applied to a post/page and saved.
Please include links to samples of previous plugins you've created. This is a work for hire project, ownership of plugin is retained by us.

plugin will have a CRON Job so it will be updated automatically on its own.. it should be light weight too. not too complex.. its easy and there are a few plugins out there that i can provide so you guys dont have to start from scratch..
