Building Financial Software In A Php Framework

What:
I am planning to build a whole new application in php/mysql. I need to choose a good framework for it and I am thinking about Symfony 2.0. Please correct me if there are better frameworks available in your opinion. Database should be mysql but should be flexible.
The application:
At first 'just' book keeping software with CRM and Invoicing that I want to offer as SAAS in the nearby future.
Who do I need:
One offshore dedicated experienced english speaking php/Symfony programmer.
When:
I am writing specs as we speak. Startdate could be within a few weeks, max some months. The test week hower can be soon.
The start:
We will make a not too complex example-case that has to be build in let say a week. After that we deciced if we continue with you and talk about dedicated involvement.

I have a small php ecommerce website that has been hacked; clearly it has a security vulnerability in it somewhere. I can supply a zip file of the entire site - I am hoping that a php/security expert can very quickly isolate the problem!

New server needs a few software installations + fix a small glitch in a php script
