I am marketing consultant in US, putting a proposal together for a real estate agent.
I am looking for a Real Estate Agent site based on WordPress and if possible integrated with (or mimicking the functionality of) the iDevSpot PhpRealEstate tool. Also will need two micro-sites (2-3 pagers, blog sites similar to http://www.orlando-marketing.com, but geared toward real estate. Will also want 2 squeeze pages similar to http://www.jacksonville-foreclosures.net
All sites will need to be SEO friendly and keyed to specific key words.
These will all be in the proposal as options that may or may not be selected so please price them separately. If you will offer a discount on a package, please let me know what that will be also.
Please provide portfolio with bid, I will not select someone without reviewing their portfolio first. Also include number of revisions acceptable by client, and estimated time it will take to develop and install.
I will be finalizing the Proposal tomorrow and Sunday, so a quick response would be helpful. Once down payment is received I will contact winning bid.
