Urgent - Create A Wordpress Page That Displays Posts

I will pick yhe first provider that can assure me they can do they job as its urgent - ithin 40 minutes if poss.
I would like you to go into my blog and create a second page that displays posts. My theme does not have a 'blog' page template other than the standard homepage.
I think you may need to create a copy of the home page template and rename it.
Edit that page to pull in posts from a specific category/

but i cant find the right code in my page.
