Hi,
I have to 2 simple mathematic formulas (containing a few power series) which need to be put on the web in 2 separated php forms. (One for men, the other for women).
No mysql database required as nothing will be recorded from visitors/users
General Process
website's Visitors will need to fill in a form accordingly to his/her gender.
then 2 results(by form/gender) are automatically calculated and displayed .

Instructions for coders are in green color (includes the formulas).
I think the live example above is worth thousands words but I guess joining a text explanation as well is safer, so here it is:
STEP 1: Users fill in their details in the webform made of 3 numerical data fields and a 4th choice from 3 options (check box).
The first 3 numbers are needed to calculate the first result with the formulas I'll provide you with.
Hence we get the first result, RESULT A
STEP 2:The first result (RESULT A) is multiplied by a number, accordingly to the box previously checked by the user (3 choices for the check box, each one corresponding to a number to multiply RESULT A with.).
Hence we get RESULT B.
STEP 3: Finally Both RESULT A and RESULT B should then be displayed on web page. I don't care if these results are displayed on the same page like in my example or on another web page.
STEP 1, STEP2 and STEP 3 should be repeated for the other gender (the formula is almost totally the same, only one small change)

Again you should take a look to the webpage as it contains the formulas you'll need. Anyway I will provide you with it again once chosen for project.
Additionally, I can provide you with a similar calculator I made for microsoft excel with the same formulas...but I guess the above explanations and live example should provide you with a sufficient understanding of this project.
This is a simple task which needs to be completed fast...so coders of all level are accepted if they can provide with a clean and light code quickly.
I'm looking for more long term collaboration, so keep in mind that this small and quick project may be only a first taste .
French talking coders are very welcome, this is NOT a requirement at all, but let me know if you're fluent in french.
I'd really love to find a cheap, reliable and efficient french talking coder to work with.
I'd need 2 versions if it doesn't raise your bid of more than a few bucks, a version containing both forms on same page (mandatory) and another where each form is on his own webpage (optionnal).
I don't think this would take much more time than to copy/paste part of the code, but let me know if I'm wrong.
I don't need you to upload the files or doing anything like writing or design work. Only provide me with the fully working script integrated on pages ( php or html/javascript as you pleased).
Simply include some notes in the code to let me know where I should put the custom error messages for "missing data" or "unknown error try again". I assume I don't need you to setup additionnal error messages than those 2 above, again let me know if I missed something.
Also this is obvious but don't try to trick me by putting hidden backlinks or nasty things like that, the code may be fully reviewed by a seasoned coder soon after completion.
I will escrow the whole payment as soon as the coder has been chosen. Money will be fully released upon total completion of the work, which means a fully working light/fast and clean script/form on my website.
Again, all coders are welcome, let me know if you need more details.
