Modification: Need To Upload Files Using Ftp

f the streaming feed goes down, the script doesn't stop too, so the script needs to be running all the time, even if the streaming feed(s) goes down.

Third: I need to query the HOST IP:PORT from a mysql table, what's happening now with the script is that it only works the first feed available in the mysql table, I need it to stay and work for all the feeds at the same time.

I need to change some coding on my site. The goal is to allow users to upload files on the website to be download by other members. At the moment this can only be done by inserting a URL link to the file for download. I need this changed so that files can be uploaded to my MySQL database ready for downloading by other members.

n, my internet is not able to upload via FTP, only via HTTP. Terrible.

I will show you what settings are required by the site to prevent runpage from being used and therefore forcing the site to use the delivered image rather than the executed one.
