Simple Book Now Button Facebook App 2

ClickBook.net is an online booking solution for small business. I would like registered users to be able to add a Book Now button to their FaceBook profiles as a Facebook App.
The App would need to acquire the user's registered ClickBook subdomain and store it in their Facebook profile. The subdomain is a string which can be passed in the URL query when the user initially clicks a link "Add as Facebook App" from their ClickBook profile.
The App would then create a Book Now button in a prominent place on the user's FaceBook profile. Button Image: see attached.
The Book Now button opens their ClickBook profile subdomain, which looks as follows:

That's it!

p autoresponder. I mean that I will register videos and program the automatic release like a follow up sequence in an autoresponder. And I also can create and broadcast videos to everybody the same day.

Facebook App - 2 Step Signup
I need my facebook app to do the following:
1) Request permission and authenticate like normal app does.
2) After permission is granted >> Go To a website login page within facebook app iframe, to signup for or log in to my website using facebook connect. (This is another facebook app)
3) after website login/signup, go to 1st facebook app invite friend page.
4) After invite or skip, then go to 1st app canvas page.

Book Now Button Redirect
oing. The programing is already there, you just have to change where it points to.
Alternatively, create your own program that points the book now button on the ezrealty listing to the correct resman listing for booking. Automatic would be good, but if that cannot be done, adding a section in the setup of the condo in ezrealty that asks add a booking feature, with yes no radio buttons, and if yes is selected a url box opens up where I can enter the url to the booking page.

Simple Html Facebook Iframe App
create a simple php based facebook page app that would allow for custom html to be loaded via iframe. The iframe must be able to handle static html and forms.
The app should be setup to show html content for fans and then also non-fans - so it can act as a fangate as well.
I really just need the raw assets so I can manipulate the static html and create forms as needed. usage would be from simple welcome tabs on facebook to newsletter signup forms.

Simple Php Facebook App Move Done Today
I need my Facebook app moved from one domain to another . I need this done asap. I've tried before but get errors once it's moved. I need this done asap

nt no login form just user click on app and direct enter into chatroom and the user data will store in my database in my website .
i dnt need any login form just click on ap ask for permission and just login into room .
but the version i m using now is 2.5.7 after few dat . they will release and new version of visichat 3.0 after few days it will work my app or not ?
and if it will not work . will u do it again 4 me and will i have to pay again ?

Facebook App Questionary
We need a facebook APP to do the following:
1) Show a welcome screen with and image and begin button
2) Do a questionary with 5 fun questions (multiple choice answers)
3) You can invite your friends to answer it (with the skip option)
4) It will show you the result based on the 5 questions, and advertising with a link to our website
In this page it will also allow you to post your results to your wall.

What i want is currently to use app fb users have to leave facebook to join and to enter a topic. all i want is instead of having to leave fb when they click go to application button they can allow my app access and then it leads them to a canvas page that allows them to add a topic... Iphone Facebook App
g application I have, add BASIC facebook integration. Like sign on with oauth, post, read, like, comment. I have all the artwork done for you, no need to worry about that. Also add push notifications to the app to work with both apps and a setting to turn them on / off. You should not have to mess with the twitter clients functions. It is already finished.
