Clone A Word Press Theme From Affiliate Website.

I seen a site that has a theme setup to promote an affiliate website. I am promoting that same affiliate program and I have rights to use the same images and videos as the first affiliate.
I want to clone the site, but instead of his affiliate links I will be using mine instead. I don't really care about google duplicate rules, since I am promoting the site off line.
I would also like to use wordpress.

ustomized them the only thing I'd need to change from product to product would be the header & product image, choose # of tabs I want under the header (0,1, 2, 3, 4 or 5), edit the sales text, and the download link on the thank you page. That's it!
This is an easy job for a wordpress guru. My max budget for this job is $ 50. Turnaround time is 1-3 days.

Theme will have no sidebars and only the main articles. Articles will load into same custom layout. At bottom of main page there will be an option to view previous entries.
