NOTE: I cancelled last projects for good reasons. Either no successful full website history of bidder, wrong type of project experience, one was way too high bid, other 2 would not get back with me.
I have decided to break project down into pieces according to my budget. If your advanced and not too proud to work with my budget, can do the job, bid if you can show successful project you did for others.
Winner Must have:
advanced php, know mysql, experienced success doing other projects, capable to work with my budget. willing to do more projects after this one on same site. Not clone, cr belongs to me when done.
THIS PROJECT:
Website DATABASE
Is not a small project. I have divided up and listed the main user groups and entities and permissions for you. Their may be more i do not know to do, but I have done most known for you to make it easier. PLUS i created page samples to show you flow of site and layout look.
Site has 10 main user groups.
25 main entities, with entities within those main ones ( its like a couple of websites in one, with similar look & all connecting together in db)
admin user also has create employee level of admin access with second security
you can use your own db's or mix with scripts i have and mod them or however, as long as end results is why i need, i own cr, and no cloning or re-using it.
I want to see 1/3 of it so i know your doing it... if you have any questions at all, let me know so we will be on same track if your not sure about a feature on site.
I made up several pages to each area so you will know the flow of site, and see sample templates for it. also list of the users, entities and permissions. I am sure there are other things needed in such i am not aware of, but the main ones are lined out for you to make it easier to put together.
would like same person who builds db to work on site after. so advanced php script writing, development and design is a must with successful sites so i can see. must be willing to work with my budget. And we can chop site down for many projects in the coming year. And as a bonus, will give free credits in advertising when site up.

I had this done about a year ago. I had a problem with my server and now I need to have the system recreated. The person who did last year got it done within a week. eved data needs to be easily repositioned. (ie, strip HTML, CR/LFs, stored appropriately, etc) Expect both non-English and English sites. Only certain categories are to be harvested. Using http://web-harvest.sourceforge.net would be good; open to PERL/SQL type solutions too.

Web site data entry program modification

Video Web Site Project
, we would like to add in some other functions in the web site such as video upload from the user or sender to the guests they are sending these too.
We would also like an I –phone application as well to work with this page so that the users can upload videos from the I-phone to the Video Site we want created.
I can give a detailed list of what we want however I am trying to get a ball park idea of what this will cost.
