Set Up Data Report From Database In Admin 2

This is a rush job with immediate start!! Please read very carefully.
We have a classified ad website that is in php mysql using smarty template framework. We have had a database table set up to record clicks on the following 4 things
1. user ip
2. date
3. time
4. listing id
5. listing owner's id
The ad site is to run on a pay per click setup and we need the ability to add the ability to view and export a click report in admin backend for each listing owner.
For example, the clssified site is for tour operators to list group tours, they write their listings for free, and only pay a flat fee for every click on their ad listings... Obviously once a month, admin needs to be able to look at each tour operators clicks so they can be billed. So we need to be able to enter the tour op's id number and call up their click data and be able view it live AND export to .csv to attach to the invoice every month.
The data needs to be sortable by date range eg... 1st Apr to 1st May and so on.
The same setup needs to be pasted into the 'my account' menu so that the tour operator can call up a click report at any time. Obviously this will only call up their own individual report and nobody elses, as opposed to the admin (us) who can call up any individual report that we choose.
This sounds complex, but is actually simple, I am very familiar with php and mysql so i know that free off the shelf mods are available that would just need modifying. But my problem is, i cant write code very well and it would take me a long time to do what a pro can do in a few hours. So I am willing to pay to outsource this.
There are also many other jobs need doing on the script, and we own 20 websites in various stages of development, so we have sooooo much work for you if you are good and above all CHEAP.

Aweber Configuration Needed
the admin area. It has Aweber as an option and when I click on Aweber, it actually creates the pathway, etc. But, there are some other fields that I don't understand.
My site allows me the option to make my new sign ups "confirm" their membership by checking their email. I don't know how to configure all of this with my Aweber account but they make it sound easy and should be for a programmer or an Aweber pro.

Set up Excel report to scrape data from Google Analytics
