Page 2 and 4 have similar image gallery.

Page 3 have four session that link to specific page (external page will be ok too)

Page 5 (contact) have a interactive google map with link to a google map specific page (i will provide links from google map page of my cusotmer) to embed.

I have just bought an Xml Flash Site form template monster. initially I require the logo and message replaced in the home page flash. More we come as we replace more parts of it.
