Flash Video Edit - Actionscript

I have a flash video that start playing with sound. It has a mute button that allows you to turn the sound off/on. I would like to change it so that the video starts playing without sound. There will be a button on the top left of the video that says "click for sound". If the button is clicked then the video will restart from the beginning with sound. To see the flash video that I am talking about out, go to www.nightvision.tv . It is the flash video in the middle of the page. I also attached the .swf file.

I need a couple flash videos. I have the audio. Need a professional and compelling flash video to accompany it.

I have 2 separate files, one is a video in flash (no audio) and the other is audio in flash.
Successful candidate will have to do it with the files I provide and send it back to me (milestone one) explaining how he did it. And if I like to output, the person will have to teach me how to do it.
Files must stay in flash format and must not be reencoded, meaning quality will be preserved.

I need someone to build a flash video player exactly like the one attached. Video file needs to be imported from a url so we can change it out if needed with others easily. This will need all functionality as seen in the attached file. Player also needs options in the coding for repeat and stop at end.
