Update Image Shack Upload To Premium Acct

Have a site that generates some animated gifs and uploads them to imageshack.us
Changes at image shack required us to upgrade and get a premium paid acct to host animated gifs.
Now we need someone familiar with image hosting uploads to update the 2 links, ensure uploads are 'private status" and believe provide the api acct code through a cookie.
Must be able to resolve coding based on existing knowledge base and be already familiar with this api set up.

I have looked into creating solutions with a batch file and faststone but just can't simplify it enough.
I Have been let down by a freelancer from this site, I was told it would take 3 days to complete - 19 days later, he wont even respond to my messages! - I am looking for this project to be completed as soon as possible! I have an un-finished version of the program which I can send as a template for what i require.

A utility the can watermark photos and upload to FTP site
e utility that renames / resizes / watermarks images - (But it's far to complicated for some of my photographers)
This would have to be VERY SIMPLE to use (my photographers struggle to copy pictures to an FTP folder!!!) I would need to be able to email this utility to them so they just have to open it and off they go.

CLEditor image upload to external host 2
xtension is written to upload image only to the same domain. You can upload to remote server but the iframe cannot get the content from the remote page because of Same-Origin-Policy of JavaScript. The whole work is how to make a work around of Same-Origin-Policy.

Add interactive image pinboard page to website
more images. When the modal is closed the images selected are passed back to the main page to be added to the pinboard.

you don't need to edit at all only need to update css and images based on psd (you will be given on winning project)
current css uses
css/green/style.css

you will create
css/light_blue/style.css
css/light_blue/images (this will have images associate with buttons, navigation, bg's)

Adding an Image Upload to a Form
This will involve installation of the script that I have purchaased:

And adding an ability to upload images in the submission form, as well as an ability for the readers to submit an image in response to the entry.
It must be done in 1 days time. I am not looking to spend more than 30 dollars for this.

Multiple image file upload
I need a multiple image file upload script. Like this one: http://www.tocmai.ro/adauga_anunt/pas1.html or like this one http://www.anunturi.ro/anunt/adauga-anunt. To have a few fields, an to upload the images to the server in a folder and to rename the images and if they are bigger than 1MB to compress them to this size. To accpet onli jpeg, png, gif files.
JQuery PHP Upload to photobucket

I want the files to upload to photobucket and store the URL of the Image in my database.

Need Image Content Written To Word
I am moving a site from html to wordpress and the current site is all image based with no text. i need all image text content to be re-typed into a word document so i can place into wordpress. attached is an example. the project consists of 8 pages some of which is only a few lines of text and i believe 2 of the pages are longer. should take about an hour for someone who types a lot.

flash image generator needs to take transparent PNG files as templates, and needs to support multiple insertions (ie if it is a template with spots for 5 faces, the upload/adjust step needs to be looped 5 times until all face spots are filled)
Change normal upload to flash upload
you login info to login into admincp because you can edit theme or something relate to upload feature in admin cp, also I can give you ftp info to see the upload.php file or any file you need.

So basically i need a list of those 10 numbers in TXT or CSV.
