Pdf To Web Page

I have a web page that currently is one big image and I need to convert to actual html. Someone in the company took a pdf or just an image and posted it - I want to convert it to actual html and have it look the same. I want the page to look the same but to be html text and images rather than one big image on the site.

Here is the link to a high res (83MB pdf file) file that you can use - likely convert to photoshop and then chop up into html -

It took me about 2-3 minutes to do the attached samples. I am looking for an easy PDF to Flash Flip Page web solution, that is different then the solutions found on the internet today. With all the solutions that I have found so far, I have to upload a pdf file to some server, that converts the pdf to flash page flip – server side.

I need the css updated so that the rollover state will show on rollover. The images are of the correct width so they should be pretty easy to add to the code.
Access to a test server will not be provided, but you will be able to view the page source, download the css file and provide me with the changes required to be made to the html and css files.

A nice example of the look is at http://cams.exploratorium.edu:8010/ although that cam has a lot of additional functionality and we don't' need the controls to be that unique. We just don't want to look like the standard Panasonic controls.
