3: You have to do correct coding in CSS and HTML and we shall test it to the standards. Valid HTML coding.
4: you should add language link at the top , Example:
at the header add ( English ) word in the arabic theme
5: I will provide all translation for you.
6: All functions of the theme should work correctly , menu , shortcodes and so on.

The regular subpage template should then be copied three times so we have 4 sub page template with one unique sidebar each.

Easy Psd To Wordpress Theme.
rted into a wordpress theme. It is basic except for the rating system. When someone clicks the like button or dislike button, there is a counter which keeps track of how many people press each button. The comment button brings them to the specific post where they can comment.
The "BEST POSTS" button on the right will just display the posts with the most "likes" and the "WORST POSTS" button on the right will just display the posts with the most "dislikes".
