rm that will allow someone to put in a youtube url on our website and have a portion of the url change and update dynamically once they press the submit button. Then it would provide them with a click-able link. When they click on the link the Youtube video will pop out from the browser in a separate window that is always on top. u write up code so that schools enter in their school name and post this on their website? The Lookstein logo and name should link to us. We will then distribute it to school members.

Form 1: Current form. This is the form page that we will add the JavaScript. Once a user submits this form, the form data should be transmitted to both the current post location and the post location associated with the new form.

* for a professional this is just a hours job and keep in mind that this is just a students web programming homework

It's an ongoing form where people select an item, then 11 more are taken away, then they select another, then 11 more are taken away...on and on til none are left. It begins with 200 items in an enormous array and widdles itself down with javascript slice etc.
I simply need it made into a nice looking app for Android phones.

roximately 5 unique page designs are required based on the same theme throughout the site:
home page, registration page, 2 other specific pages which will be discussed after an NDA is signed, and one generic blank page with seperators.
