Windows Program - Exe/dll File Version Info To Text File

Hi,
I need a windows program that i can run that will extract the file properties from a file. If you right click in windows and goto properties - then click on the version tab. I need all the info listed in the "other version information" area - company, file version....The program will need to take that info and save it to text file named "filename.txt". Also would like the text in the text file to be as follows, with a break between each line
Company=Comapny XYZ
FileVersion=File version
InternalName=xyz.exe...
I would like this program to run efficiently and be able to handle multiple files at one, creating a new text file for each file in the folder.

This site has a great of example of what I'm looking for but it doesn't have the selection of only 10 questions out of 50 and the code is hard to edit and it doesn't have a function to send to scores to text file.

I found a "perfect" solution but I was not able to make it work:
