Wordpress Mailpress & Esspresso Events Issue

I have a small problem i need worked out. I am currently using Espresso events plugin to post events and receive registrations/payments etc and I use Mailpress to send out notices everytime an event is posted to a standard wordpress category called 'Events' when i write an event from scratch using the wordpress WYSIWYG editor and insert photos, change size, colours and add links etc it sends out to the email perfectly formated HOWEVER if i cut and paste code or anything else into the html screen editor when it arrives in the email box the code is NOT formated html instead I can read the html code itself and can't see the picture and nicely formated layout etc. I need someone who is a whizz with wordpress plugins who can fix this small issue for me. Please see attached picture to see what it looks like in my email box.

Fix Wordpress Theme Page Reload Issue

Fix Broken Wordpress Multisite Plugin & Timthumb Issue

Problems:
- the properties once deleted in the Wordpress admin, still show on the map.
- when clicking 'View Property' it does not show the page properly (demo: http://goo.gl/pIuAX)
- timthumb is causing issues of not having the images showing up on the subsites (demo: http://goo.gl/59bfW)
Please keep bids modest as the heavy work has already been completed, it just needs a little cleaning and tweaking.

This involves some editing of an existing php page template and making adjustments in style.css so that forms will display correctly in the lightbox (lightbox already working perfectly,... just this styling issue needs fixing).
Please,.. NO HACKERS for this small job. Only apply if you have proven skills with CSS, PHP and WP will be ignored. An intelligent response in clear English will be highly considered.

Wp Plugin Fix

If you think of better plugins to achieve what i need i am open to suggestions ie i have been searching for the best cart, newslettter, and directory plugins to achieve my purposes however if you know of better ones or more easier ones to customise I am open.
