Product Selection For Paypal Shopping Cart

I need a simple piece of code written in either Javascript or PHP to parse the product code and item color variables to the PayPal shopping cart for each item on the following page:

The cart is intended to work in a way that the buyer will click a check box selecting a product they wish to purchase. For example, under "Punch Bags" they may choose either E570 or E580 by clicking the checkbox under the "Select" column. The user's choice should pass the price to the shopping cart and the code number to the description field in the PayPal shopping cart. Where an item is available in a multitude of colors, the buyer can select a color by clicking on one of the radio buttons under the color pins below each product. The script should also pass the selected color to the description field in the PayPal shopping cart.
At present the script is working with limited success (due to such a configuration requiring MySQL to work properly). I need an experienced programmer who will be able to fix the issue on this page and 9 others.

repare total amount for PayPal where buyer can pay with his PayPal account or just with a credit card. I would like if buyers email addresses can be saved in database for later emailing of newsletters.
