Single Page coding + Database Coding + CMS Coding
Please see attached image and source code for the backend and frontend first.
Frontend
I would like a single page done exactly like that, with similar coding. ***Design and .html for this page is completed*** you will just need to do the coding/programming. This includes auto ip-location detection for unrecognized users upon first entry to the site. You might see the graphics blanked out - the graphics shown to users will be driven by the category each deal belongs. These graphical icons are done and only needs to be linked to the category of the deal to show properly.
Backend.
As you can see, very simple backend aside from these 3 items:
1. Categorization. Categorization will be keyword based for all of these deals. IE: if a scraped deal has keywords such as "spa", "health", "nails", etc. It will be automatically categorized in the Health and Spa category.
2. I would like the most robust themed wordpress installed on this with the appropriate addons installed for control and spam prevention.
3. Daily creation of static pages linked by sitemap. At the end of each day, every city and state will have a final static page generated with the total of that day's deals. This will be created to be robust enough that as new cities are added to the 'crawl', ever more static pages will be created.
4. Also need created is ability to mass add/edit via csv or xls to the Categories and User control panel. Please also give me the template to be used for these adds.
5. Favicon.ico installed with our icon graphics.
6. Admin user control - admin panel must be able to control specifically which functions each user or groups of users in the interface can control.
7. Email send functionality - ability for me to enter in the servers to be used for sending and control those technical factors.
The Database will consist of these fields:

Lowest Web Price/Retail
Category

An single page HTML Project

I have the design and can build the website using HTML but will need the necessary code to proceed. Therefore I will need to know how to go about the process.
