I have this site, http://www.coolestdesigns.com/, but some of its features are no longer working for some reasons
Here's what i need to fix:
1. http://www.coolestdesigns.com/index.php?act=addurl
Add submission to admin area, so admin can approve it (used to work fine)
2. http://www.coolestdesigns.com/index.php?act=comment&site=5903
Not sure why it shows some php errors here
3. I took off this form because it doesn't have captcha code, so i need to add captcha code the form, the form is similar to

Registration form is not working
I think all issues could be caused by 1 problem, because they all used to work fine, then, just stop working
If you do good on this project, i want you to help me on other site, same script.

Fix Bugs In A Php Script
with a coder and now that it's finished I find there are many bugs that need cleaned up.
The application creates a website of thousands of pages and create custom content based on a set of keywords.
A major bug is that the script will only work on one particular server (the one it was developed on) .. which means it's stuck. The nature of the script is to create large website so being stuck to one server is unacceptable.
I want someone to fix this bug.

I will provide a remote desktop access to a Windows server on which DELPHI 10 runs so that the programmer can work on the code via remote connection.
The app is an application for executing some Windows networking commands such as tracert, ipconfig, nslookup, remote connection to GeoIP server etc in the background. More details about the app will be provided in PMB.
