Mobile Web Application

Our project is a full size Location Based marketing system for Smartphones based on a Mobile Web application.
The system will contain the below subsystems which needs to integrated and up running at the handover:
1) Appn/Web solution for the Smartphones. Contains 8-9 different screenshots for the smartphone
2) Retailer, backend solution. CMS including the database structure and a Billing system. Different levels of User management.
3) Company homepage (containing Retailer interface)
One of the important task is to setup and measure the database structure and make sure it is optimised. The system must be scalable. The system will be hosted from a Domain supplier in our home country.
The deadline is fixed and the system must be ready to handover and May 1st, 2011 at the latest. A bonus scheme can be negotiated due to prior delivery.
This means that the system must be ready for user test around April 22nd, 2011.
We prefer a company/consultants who have done a similar solution before (with a proven track record) and is familiar with the overall setup and who can give initial feedback about the design before the actual development starts.
We want one company to have the overall responsible for the project. E.g we don't want consultants bidding for parts of the project.
Detailed specifications is in place and will be forwarded during the initial negotiating.

Jquery Mobile Web Application
unications are going to be through a web service which is provided. Snapshots of the standards pages will be provided to be used for the mobile application. Developer is responsible for creating the design of the frontend and code to communicate to the webservice and display of the results. it is our preference to use the standard .net / Jquery components. Third party componenet can be used only after it is approved by project manager.
