This project is to create a customer backend web application that will import customer data automatically from Microsoft a MS SQL database and/or from xls files to populate the customer data.
The backend has a number of features and functions that allows the customer to login and review his account and profile and to see status on the process of his account. The features are all outlined in a mockup that I have available for you when you send me a PM with the project password "sendmethemockup1".
This project will be done in php/mysql and needs to be done quickly and professionally -->WITHIN 4 WEEKS<-- without any bugs.

Ms-sql Database Move
e files have already been uploaded to new server with the exception of the MS-SQL database. Programmer must not just import database, but configure it to function on the new server as it does on the old server. No changes required at all, just need a working version of the current website on the new server. Old site is currently up and running and both old and new servers are running Win 2003 with Plesk. Programmer must also be able to communicate via instant messenger, not just email.

The compiled executable is 1.4Mb and contains everything for the application with the exception of some dll's it uses for some of the controls, its source code will be available, its written in c# and we use visual studio 2005 to edit.
Also conversion to VS2008 would be required too.
Internally my developers tell me there is about one days work to complete this but due to other projects and time constraints we can not do this internally.

Backup Ms Sql Database
I need a MS SQL database backed up from one server and put on another. I have full admin access to both servers. I've done this many times with MySQL, but do not know how to do this with SQL. Its a small database with about 250 profiles.

We have an admin panel already, where we can define the primary keyword, which is e.g. #sports or #wc2010 and a set of secondary keywords which are fixed and cannot be changed.
In admin panel is also a threshold limit, e.g. only display results of those pairs of keywords with more than X number of tweets, otherwise the interface will be very messy.
