We are creating a web application for a wine seller who will use the app in ipads in-store for customers to select wine based on various criteria.
They do not want to create an iOS app but rather a web app so that other phone users can also use this app.
We are looking for someone who has created a web-app (iphone and ipad compatible, with other webkit powered mobile phone browsers supported) using 3rd party mobile frameworks like http://www.bestfreewebresources.com/2010/12/10-useful-framework-for-mobile-web-application.html
We will also need a php + mysql backend for admin to enter inventory and also a user front end.
In your bid / pm please state your preferred mobile framework and if it is paid or open source, and also provide sample sites for me to try on my iphone / ipad.

Jquery Player Installation On Mobile Web App (smartphone)

The player is html5 compatible which will work on all smartphone browsers (opera, safari, android etc) so will need to be cross browser tested.
The aim is to have previews working on as many mobile browsers as possible which is why we've selected this particular player.
The player does not need volume controls or next, previous, playlist functionality, just play and stop is all we need it to do.
