need simple provisional iphone app needed asap. The app is simple, and will only consist of about 10 static screens with linear single button navigation (so, when the app launches you will be on the home screen, and you click some simple next and home buttons to navigate through the static screens.)
Will need provisional app file (.ipa and .zip) delivered within 1 day of project start.
All finished graphics are ready and will be provided.

The one screen will require the user to enter a date.... then the next two fields are calculations that the app will do based on the date entered.
