I have a flash site built in flash 8 so 95% of the world cant see it. You will work with my flash designer and make this site available in html only. the site is gssarbitrage.com there is no database it is a simple site with links.

1. create load screen for "alamoplazadentalgroup [dot] com/flash.html" that appears while the rest of the site is loading.

2. create a button on part of the flash site that pops up a separate window. This window needs to be a page from another site.

Second, the images/text/button text will need to changed for each subsection header.

This website http://www.tecnivalorestate.com needs exporting into HTML. Yes, you've read correctly, into HTML. The problem is there are no project files, just the .swf and the .html files.
Project must be completed and the website be EXACTLY the same as original with the ability to modify texts and other options (i.e. NO SLICES).
