All the above must be done via a mobile device Android first, iOS later (iOS developer must not be the same team the translation may be easier by an experienced iOS coder, however if the same team can do it, even better).

The server-side has to be Java (Linux), PHP web-service will not be accepted.

Attractive User Interface is a requirement but a coding-oriented programmer will not be required to deliver it by himself, we will provide UI elements if needed.
