Candidate must be advancd php script writing, Ajax, mysql, site hosting panel security, experienced with script mods, posting sites, membership sites, ad scirpts, images, videos, and script savie working on cpanel linex panel.
Site has many mods later to be added in more phases, some might need to be accounted for. maybe not at this point yet.... Would like to find one or two people to work with during many phases to complete site to its portinal. i have a disability on limited budget. I can not pay more than budged amount for the first phase below, which is the hardest. These basics I can pay around $ 600. I dont mind putting $ 200 in escrow and releasing each time early, chopping this project up into 3 phases itself, over a 90 day timeframe or less. (main posting with ads, membership, IM,Chat)
I would like my layout design used, not create another site look. Is a cl type posting site for members and non membership. Would offer 3 types of wall posting memberships with profile, feeds, private IM, and chatroom areas. I want chat to have the older 6.0ish kind of look. have data base already to mod or create a new one. Whatever is best for you to get the job functionally well. The first phase will be hardest for money. Then will be easier each phase for project.

I want these up and running so i can start building traffic while we begin next project with site.
Then, the next project new phase will be far less work for better money.
