Edits To Jquery Site

I need a jquery expert who can help completed the site in the next 48 hours or so.

Header, Footer, and Home
The design is almost complete, but please try to make exactly like the design I have done (the navigation should have a lavalamp feature like this http://www.gmarwaha.com/blog/2007/08/23/lavalamp-for-jquery-lovers/). The footer buttons are not quite correct size or position.
The buttons at the bottom should work like this (on new page)

From one image description to the next (using arrows) should be horizontal scrolling too.
About - page is static, but please get design correct
Fonts:
Normal font to be "Lato", size 14 from google fonts directory http://www.google.com/webfonts/family?family=Lato&subset=latin

I have bought a plugin that will allow for validation and thank you message, and I have attached it.
Here is a demo of the plugin http://www.bitrepository.com/demo/ajax-contact-form-premium/ I would only like the validation once they click submit) . If form is sent correctly, I would like a thank you message as shown in demo.
Site speed and other issues:
Site loading is a little slow.
Also, can we speed up the scrolling animation?
Site needs to work on most browsers - IE7 upwards and mobile browsers too.

I've got a site in joomla, i must add a custom coutdown in jquery to the header.
The header is customized with JoomlaXTC FlashXTC Pro.
The design of the countdown is already done, you must just add the code to the site.

Mysql edits to my Oscommerce site

- Upload a video onto the front page of the site (we have the video), and then when the video finishes it needs to disapear and the other animations (already been done) can be seen.

Edits to a website template
