i have an excel list with ordering details of items.
we add to this information the productname (s). There is a problem with a selection when we add to one item more products.
What solution could you offer ?
Please tell me shortly what solution you will offer(not in programming details) so i can decide how to run my problem.

We will now change behavior/process into a webbased program based on local databse.
Database will be stored locally at my pc and will have if available access by dns name.
The webpage will have an login
when logged in the user will have the acess only when he types in the login name he has by your program.
The program/ database system will work by the screens i show in the files.
the database fields are listed in another file.
process:
you see above 4(5) buttons where you can select between the functions you offer with "different" screens(most are the same only with other functions)
So please have a look at that.
i have a written explanation in the screens
