n use pivot tables on for cross tab analysis and trending. I am open to using access as well if the data can be imported into an excel spreadsheet. The questionnaire is pretty straightforward with mostly multiple choice questions with an option to write responses and a few scalar questions. For someone who is good at excel and handy with very basic programming, this would probably take a couple of hours tops.
