I have already programmed a webinar portal interface whereby I can program any video to play at a certain time of day/week. For instance I can schedule a webinar to play at 9:00PM every Wednesday night and have people signup and attend that webinar. Once they arrive to watch the webinar at 9:00PM they are asked to enter their email address and once they enter the email address the video will begin. The video does not start before 9:00PM.
When each new person (attendee) arrives to watch the video at 9:00PM the existing system will activate another instance of the video and it will play from the very beginning (this is displaying my own video player from my own server and I need to keep my own video player to display the videos). Therefore if an attendee arrived late to the webinar at 9:15PM, then the webinar would not already be in progress like a regular webinar and the attendee would view the video starting from the very beginning. Therefore if 100 people attended the webinar, there would be 100 separate instances of that same video playing all at one time. The attendees only have 1 hour to login to the webinar and then they can no longer view the video. This is how it is programmed right now. This program works very well right now but I would like to see if I can improve on this by adding the following:
Would you know how to program it so that the video I choose for the webinar will only have to play once instead of (multiple individual times) for each individual attendee? In other words, is there a way to create a session that everyone can login to to view that one video? This would mean if someone actually showed up late at 9:15PM for a 9:00PM webinar that they would see the video playing already in progress. In other words, they would have missed 15 minutes of the webinar. This will make the webinar appear to be more of a "live" webinar and I will not have to engage so many instances of the same video playing simultaneously.
Would you know how to create a session that everyone can login to to view the same video as opposed to me having to engage multiple instances of the same video for each attendee?
All the backend programming is completed for the Webinar interface that allows us to create the webinars, choose the times dates and to choose the video in question. All we need integrated is the session ability.

This is just a first phase of a bigger project. If the application can simply register with a webrtc test server and initiate successful video session with another webrtc client running on any of the other supported platforms: Windows, Linux, Max OS, then the implementation will be considered successful.

Develop a plan for video training by narrated PowerPoints
this point. I'm interested to know your credentials and background and how you can help since I need someone who knows more than I do. I like the idea of recording Webinars, but I don't really need the real-time presentation with online users -- I just need to record the training session and stream it on demand. If you have knowledge and experience that allows you to tell me the best way to do that, then I would like to hear from you.

The fact is that RTSP streaming is not natively supported on iPhone (like Apple-recommended HTTP streaming, when the video file is fed in small chunks to an app). So in order to work with RTSP session, you would require to port 3rd party software, such as Live555 or one of the latest releases of FFMpeg to iOS, and build custom code in order to manually receive frames, decode and display them.

This is a RUSH project that must be completed by 2/11 with 2 days for review and changes and be completed by 2/13.
DO NOT BID if you cannot make this deadline.

Video Recording an outdoor deck repair
Need someone to video record the repair of an outdoor deck. The project is in Fremont, Nebraska and will take place on Thursday, May 19, 2011. The session will last about 4 hours.
