Viral Referal Plugin For Wordpress

I'm looking for someone that is experienced in PHP and MySQL and who can take an existing software script and turn it into a Wordpress plugin.
It's basically a standalone referral script that I use on some of my websites (like here for example: http://webcomicsguide.com/exclusive/ ).
Every visitor that comes to the site gets a unique link and is tracked by cookie *and* IP address and if he refers "X" number of visitors he gets access to a hidden file (video, text, audio, zip...etc)
It works great, but I'm using Wordpress much more frequently lately and I'd like to be able to integrate the script into a Wordpress plugin so that I don't have to setup a separate website each time I want to use the script.
I'll provide you with a copy of the script and a detailed description of how I see the script working as a plugin for Wordpress to the successful bidder.

In the settings I have asked permissions to gather the user's birthday, location, etc. However I can't see this information anywhere in wordpress?
I can see that user accounts are being registered in wordpress once they log in with facebook connect but it seems that i can only see user's full names and email addresses from facebook.

Authorization Plugin For Wp Pdf Stamper
login via WP eMember plugin and he will be able to download PDF file on special page. But this PDF file will be watermarked (stamped) with unique user details (name, etc.). This will be done by WP PDF Stamper.
