Need someone to configure build a carousal on a site build on Open Publish from Drupal

The union is getting into the social media side of things so will want those logos to be prominent on the home page.

The ability to post comments at the end of articles is a good feature, too.
Another point on the menus (and maybe some of the features on the home page): They should be SSI for ease of site-wide updating/alteration.
