I have 1240 files that contain html code. I want to convert to text only. Should be a simple task for someone who can write a program to convert them.
A sample file is attached as well as the same file converted into the proper format.
IMPORTANT: In the converted file do not include the title of the article in the file. Also, please retain the file name as is.
Please see the converted file for an example of the output.
I've also attached a zip file with several other unconverted articles that you can use to test to make sure you are doing them correctly.

I will setup a demo-server.
The current pages uses a TABLE design. This must be changed to DIV.
Also all styles should be saved in an CSS file, instead of inline-style tags.

I need help moving files from one server to another server via linux command line and ssh.
Id like to learn how to do it myself. Or you can do it.
