Change The Skin/template Of Php Script

Hello,

We are selling ebooks on ebay. When winner bidder pay their item with paypal, they receive automaticely an email from us with a login and password to download on our website.

The problem is that, often user claim where is the book and we think that they the email goes to spam folder. Maybe this is the fault of php script. We would like to fix this small problem the soonest.

I need the script to allow entering of full urls and not just root domains.

I want the pop-up script to appear only if the visitor exits before ordering. I do not want the pop-up script to appear if the user exits to place an order.

So I'd like to get a .html file with textareas- this will be the input of the script - and a "submit" button. So clicking on the button will call this script, these are to be replaced stringA,stringB,stringC (this will be defined in the php script)
to the given
string1,string2,string3 (given in the textareas by the user)in the .html files on the server.
